“Before I discovered Simone’s work I was hitting desperation point with my child’s behaviour. We had our Assessment of Need but we were told diagnosis would be a minimum three year wait & no interventions would be available in the interim period. I didn’t know where to turn…how to organise myself let alone the support that we needed privately! Challenging behaviour was taking over our lives, it was distressing for every member of our household but importantly most of all for my son. 

When Simone told me her method would work with consistency I immediately had strong doubts that it would. My son’s behaviour was escalating, he struggled with his ‘big feelings’ and his shutdowns were commonplace for him now in school and were progressing into aggression at home. I had tried everything I could and was stressed beyond belief, walking on eggshells from the moment he got up until he went to bed.  Dread filled my body each time I collected him from school wondering what his teacher might say about his day. 

Fast forward four sessions with Simone and I feel like it was all mostly just a bad dream. I’m able to handle our days so much easier. The perseverance is worth it, when I feel like the techniques Simone has empowered me with won’t work I simply channel my “inner Simone” and keep going and I’m always so glad I do. It genuinely feels like Simone let me in on some secret to managing emotional and challenging behaviours with children. I’m confident and able to remain calm now no matter how bad the meltdown seems I can always now see the end is in sight!”
